The New Orleans Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for former UFC fighter Nate Diaz on suspicion of second-degree battery after a viral street fight. The incident was just the beginning of a night of mayhem that went on in New Orleans. Later on, a video of DeMoor putting a Logan Paul lookalike into a submission hold and choking him unconscious began making its way around.As if that wasn’t enough, a second video surfaced showing Diaz throwing a water bottle at DeMoor during the same street fight. While it’s unclear why the Stockton native got into a scuffle with DeMoor, it was likely the result of him not liking how dangerous DeMoor was being in the ring.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Nate Diaz on suspicion of committing second-degree battery in New Orleans.The altercation went viral and resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Diaz on suspicion of second-degree battery. Fortunately for Diaz, he did just that on Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.“At or about 2:10am on Saturday April 22- NOPD’s Bourbon Street. Promenade officers and supervisors were alerted to a large altercation in the 400 block of Bourbon St. The officers were able to disperse the crowd. Witness alerted the officers to a white male subject who was believed to be unconscious. A short time later, the subject regained consciousness. Officers observed the subject was bleeding from the rear of his head and EMS was summoned to render aid.”The incident took place on Friday after Diaz attended a Misfits boxing event in New Orleans to support his teammate Chris Avila. The 38-year-old reportedly threw a water bottle at Netflix star Chase DeMoor, which sparked a melee.According to multiple sources, Diaz is facing second-degree battery charges for his actions toward Rodney Peterson. At this time, the former UFC lightweight title challenger is not in custody.
